Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc awarded Second-class Labor Medal to TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc solemnly performed the ceremony of awarding the Second-class Labor Medal to TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company (the operator of the dairy farm. largest concentration in Asia – TH Group). The medal is a noble reward, a recognition of the Party and the State for the efforts and dedication of the Company and the TH Group after 9 years of operation.

The special achievement of the company is recognized as a pioneer in laying the foundation for Vietnam’s clean fresh milk industry with the largest cluster of high-tech dairy farms in Asia – scale up to 45,000 herds and will complete the herd size of 137,000 by 2020, fully autonomous source of raw materials for milk production and processing in a closed chain (TH operates from farm to factory and distribution stage ), building a brand of clean fresh milk at an international level, contributing to shifting the proportion of liquid milk made from reconstituted powdered milk to 92% (in 2008) to over 60% today.

The TH Group’s inauguration ceremony was an event within the framework of the most important investment promotion activity of Nghe An in 2019 – The Meeting with Investors of Xuan Ky Hoi. The factory has an investment of VND 1,177 billion, started in August 2017, constructed according to Japanese standards by a large and prestigious Japanese contractor, Meada Group.

To produce pure water and juices, fruit milk, rice milk, herbal water … the factory is equipped with 2 production lines with the most advanced and modern technology in the world, automation 100 %, energy saving and environmentally friendly.

The first line is a production line of pure water, designed and installed by Krones (Germany) – with a maximum capacity of 600,000 liters / day (40,000 bottles / hour). This is the latest generation line of Krones, helping TH own one of the highest speed chains in Vietnam in the field of beverages.

The second line of the plant is the Aseptic chain system, producing fruit juices, rice milk, fruit milk, herbal drinks …, with a capacity of 36,000 bottles / hour. This is also a modern and highly automated line. According to experts in the field of beverages, TH is the first enterprise in Vietnam to operate an Aseptic line with only 4 employees.

In December 2018, the first products from the factory’s pure water production line were introduced to the market with the TH true WATER brand. The product comes from the cool natural groundwater source in the heart of the olivine basalt layers deep in Tien Mountain – a mountain determined by scientists from North Central Water Resources Union, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. is a volcano that turned off 2.6 million years ago.

According to the planned roadmap, when Nui Tien Pure Water, Herbal and Fruit Water Plant is put into operation, it will help sustainable development of local agriculture and forest economy, expanding fruit tree planting areas. This factory is expected to create jobs for more than 300 employees, the revenue in 2019 is expected to reach 340 billion VND, contributing to the local budget estimated at 34 billion VND.

TH Group’s project “High-tech dairy farming and concentrated milk processing” has been implemented since October 2009 with a total investment of US $ 1.2 billion.
