Kinhtedothi – During the State visit to Vietnam, Israeli President Reuven Ruvi Rivlin on March 21 spent time meeting TH Group Leaders.

On this occasion, TH Group honorably welcomed the President and implemented the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of the High-Tech Healthcare – Healthcare Complex Project in Hanoi in the presence of the President.

Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tien, Minister of Health; Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung – Chairman of Hanoi City People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen The Ky – General Director of Voice of Vietnam, together with leaders of related ministries.

TH Group is currently implementing the TH True MILK Dairy and Dairy Processing Project in Nghia Dan District, Nghe An Province – with a total investment of US $ 1.2 billion. This project is considered to be a typical high-tech agricultural cooperation model between Vietnam and Israel, applying leading Israeli advanced technologies in dairy farming and milk processing.

At the ceremony, Mr. Reuven Ruvi Rivlin witnessed the fruits of cooperation between TH Group and Israeli partners, as well as witnessing the signing of a memorandum of understanding to deploy new projects in the future.

The project implemented by TH Group consists of three main functional blocks:

• Hospital / Electronic Center: Having the function of early diagnosis through electronic chip, monitoring some biological indicators, the health of the patient to be able to diagnose / screen for early disease, especially one incurable diseases. The electronic center is aimed at outpatients, while the e-hospital functions as a hub between the main medical components inside and outside the Hospital. The main connections of the modern electronic health care system, typically the electronic medical register, allow physicians – during treatment – to have access to a patient’s medical history, tests and diagnostics, medical reports, regardless of where the doctor is. This approach creates a world-class care effect on the local level, while saving patients money.
• 5-star general hospital: Applying the world’s most advanced equipment, medical technology, and advanced treatments to care and treatment, an ideal place to treat patients comprehensively, no only preserves the life but also the life of the sick. Phase 1, the hospital will have 300 beds.
• Nursing and rehabilitation center: After the treatment at the hospital, the patient will be nursed in a space in harmony with nature, completely different from the hospital environment to help patients get psychologically. Relaxed and the body recovers quickly. Care regime and nutrition at the Center are scientifically implemented with the guidance of Japanese experts, combining the quintessence of Modern Medicine and Traditional Medicine.

Along with that, the project will also promote the construction of a center for medical counseling, research and development. The center has an important task of continuously researching and updating medical knowledge, technology and achievements around the world, developing and applying high quality products and services in the country; Researching and developing Asian medicinal materials to be taken into prevention, treatment and convalescence at the Medical Complex.

This is a new thinking about health care, considering early diagnosis and screening as one of the preventive medicine solutions because in the view of the health sector, preventive medicine is the foundation of current medicine.
